"Curtis only helps those who help him monetarily. Even then, he will fail you. All sales associates, aside from Jonathan, are not licensed. How can you trust an agent who lies to make sales by claiming his associates are appropriately registered through the state of NJ (when in fact, they are not)? Save yourself from this branch. You will lose money, assets, and your sanity."

"I had tornado damage to my home on June 26th. There were several claims made that day with State Farm, so all agents were very busy and hard to contact. I am not tech savvy and was unable to complete several tasks required of me for my claim to proceed. My Agent, Curtis Hardenburg, was a God sent!!! It was not his job to help me but he did anyway. He uploaded all documents and throughly explained what else I needed to do. Curtis is a God sent not just for his assistance with my claim but for so many other issues I may have with State Farm.
